Yeast Drying Facility

Simplyeast operates a cutting-edge brewer’s yeast dehydration facility within the Super Bock Group, the largest beer producer in Portugal. Our facility has grown from an initial capacity of 600 tons per year to 1,300 tons, thanks to continuous improvements and the integration of advanced equipment. This growth has made the process more efficient, cost-effective, and safe.

Our process also ensures that the yeast flour produced has a low environmental impact, reducing CO2 emissions. For every ton of yeast flour, we prevent 137.02 kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
