Our History
With extensive experience in the brewing industry, our founders recognized the untapped nutritional potential of yeast. In 2020, we began our journey focused on drying yeast, transforming this brewing co-product into valuable ingredients for animal feed.

We reduce waste, promote efficient use of natural resources, and help lower carbon emissions and environmental impact. As we grow, we are expanding to include the recovery and transformation of other food industry co-products into high-value products. Sustainability
A single pipeline between the brewery and Simplyeast – The Simplyeast model eliminates the need for transporting fresh yeast in tankers, as is done in other facilities. This industrial symbiosis reduces environmental impact, significantly lowering CO2 emissions associated with the product.
