Yeast Reception & Storage
To ensure smooth operations throughout the year, we utilize two dedicated storage tanks to manage fluctuations in beer production demand. This capacity helps us reduce pressure on the brewery during peak consumption months while maintaining an an uninterrupted supply of fresh yeast for processing.

Yeast Centrifugation
The addition of the decanter centrifuge has significantly improved the efficiency and consistency of the dehydration process, ensuring a uniform moisture content in the yeast. This equipment reduces subsequent drying costs and minimizes manual interventions, streamlining the process and enhancing sustainability.

Yeast Autolysis/Hydrolysis
Our yeast undergoes autolysis/hydrolises in a carefully controlled buffer tank, where natural enzymes break down its cell walls. This process enhances nutrient availability, making the final product more digestible and beneficial for animal consumption, HydroYeast+.

Yeast Dehydration
At our facility, yeast dehydration is carried out using advanced drum dryer technology, ensuring efficient and consistent results. The yeast is applied to the heated drum surface, where rapid moisture evaporation transforms it into dry, nutrient-rich particles. With the addition of a new drum dryer, we’ve increased drying capacity and optimized energy efficiency.

Grinding & Sieving
After the yeast is dehydrated, it undergoes a grinding and sieving process to achieve a uniform particle size. This step ensures consistency in the final product, making it easier to incorporate into animal feed formulations. By enhancing the distribution of nutrients, it improves the overall effectiveness of the feed.

Storage and Shipping
